Services
The New Forest is steeped in history; named by William the Conqueror nearly 1000 years ago, it's filled with ancient landscapes and age-old traditions. Whilst our history doesn't go back quite that far, New Forest Cottages was established in 1978, making us the oldest and largest holiday cottage agency in the area.

Surrounded by beautiful ancient forest, the pretty hamlet of Bank is an idyllic base for a New Forest holiday, with an abundance of walks and cycle trails and a wonderful dog-friendly pub on your doorstep.

Furnished and equipped to a high standard, but still somewhat simple. Often quite attractive and welcoming, but generally more functional than beautiful with everything in working order.

In the heart of the New Forest lies the historic and enchanting village of Beaulieu, home to some of our most delightful holiday cottages. This unspoilt setting is recognised by its winding cobbled streets and charming Tudor dwellings, a place where you can while away the hours with gentle strolls by the mill pond and lazy afternoons on a picnic blanket in the dappled shade.

Surrounded by leafy trails, ancient byways and cornflower meadows, the charming village of Brockenhurst remains one of our most desirable holiday destinations. It's not unusual to see ponies and donkeys idling down Brockenhurst's quiet streets. Here, in the heart of the New Forest, lies some of our loveliest holiday cottages.

Of all the villages to have weaved their way into the historic tapestry of the New Forest, Burley is perhaps the most enchanting. This delightful parish, where ponies and cattle still roam freely, is home to some of our most popular New Forest holiday cottages. From the mighty oaks of the New Forest to the sparkling Solent coast, this magnificent county will have you captivated at every turn.

Cancelled my holiday due to the corona virus. I asked if I could postpone until next year. This was apparently not an option and was told I would only get a refund if our property was re booked.
Shane on you new forest cottages. Our last 4 holidays were booked through you.
Will definitely be avoiding in the future.
Disgusted is an understatement.

We had such a fantastic time in the New Forest during the summer. The cottage we had was very well equipped. The staff in the office were very helpful from start to finish. Booked again for next year!

Happy to take your money. Not interested when there's a problem. Very poor customer service.

Cannot recommend New Forest Cottages enough. They helped find the perfect cottage for our family holiday. We had a wonderful time and even the weather was amazing!

Cottage was great. The problem arose when the 5 year old bed broke during our Stay. We reported it as instructed - thinking we would be thanked for letting them and it would be repaired for us. Instead we were treated like criminals, blamed for thr damage, and had money deducted from our deposit to cover the repair!
Mind what you tell them, if anything happens while staying in one of their properties - As you will foot the bill!
We will never use this company again.
