We were very pleased with the excellent service we received from Leese and Nagle, when selling my late father's property. The initial valuation with Robert, was both honest and helpful. Following his advice, we made some necessary improvements, which led to a relatively quick sale.

As first time buyers (with one failed purchase under our belt) we entered into the transaction anxious and expecting to be pressured. From the first viewing, we were so impressed with Robert and the team. The viewings were hosted calmly and honestly, and from offer to exchange Sam and Louis were empathetic, patient and made us feel so comfortable and in control. Real professionals who really treated us like people, with compassion for the fact that buying a property is incredibly stressful.

There are always a few 'bumps in the road' when selling a property, and these need to be carefully managed. I cannot speak highly enough of Louis Gordon. Having both bought and sold with him, I can say with complete confidence that he does his utmost (successfully) to ensure the process is smooth and efficient, whilst remaining compassionate and empathetic to the stress that comes with house buying and selling.
