My experience with Capital Mortgage was not so great. As first time buyers, we trusted Martin to help us navigate the process & in the end we only discovered our Mortgage offer after it was signed.
Martin initially got us a good deal / options. We discussed & agreed on a 2 yr fixed rate. Then came the covid lockdown & extension on when we will get our keys. Because our offer letter indicated an offer expiry date, we called Martin FREQUENTLY (we’ll be lucky if he answered) to make sure that he was in touch with the lenders or how this affected us. Martin gave us the impression that everything

Worked with cameron @ capital mortgages to get my mortgage and can not recommend these guys enough. He was at the end of a phone everytime i had a question or concern and he explained everything to me so i understood it fully. Being a first time buyer everything seemed a big confusing but cameron kept me right and in the end got me my mortgage. 100% recommend !!
