Karen, and staff, were fantastic in helping us get a mortgage for our new home. We presented Karen with a particularly tricky ask for a joint mortgage - I have just retired and my wife is a non-UK national on a Family visa, who has only just started working for a UK company, plus we only arrived back in Scotland in mid-August after several years working abroad...

I've never experienced such incredible professionalism, efficiency, friendliness and direct results from any company. Was in a difficult position having been let down by a broker and was recommended Malleny. Didn't know what to expect due to being stressed and exhausted with the whole process but as soon as I spoke to Sunny I knew I was in great hands. His manner, professionalism and deep knowledge of the market put me at ease and he kept constant communication throughout even going above and beyond by calling me back when he was on annual leave!
