I started Jennifer's Driving School in 2007. While training to be a driving instructor I worked as a support worker / key worker, caring for elderly people and people with learning difficulties. I very much enjoyed that job and still help out some of my old clients today. The skills I learnt as a carer were very helpful when I passed all of my qualifying exams and became a driving instructor.
I'm Jennifer and the founder of Jennifer's Driving School. I started working for myself and slowly built up a trustworthy and loyal small team of instructors who consistently get people through their driving tests and get glowing reviews from their pupils! Bev is an experienced Youth and Community Worker (27 yrs) with specialist knowledge of working with children and young people with disabilities and behavioural and emotional problems.
Myself and my small friendly team are calm and patient driving instructors, as well as being thorough! No shouting guaranteed! We are all professional, skilled instructors who aim to meet your expectations. Driving lessons in Bournemouth and surrounding areas are fun and enjoyable.

After 2 years of learning to drive due to covid and test cancellations I passed first time thanks to my amazing instructor Noel. I really couldn’t recommend a better instructor. Big big thank you to Debbie! I passed my test first time, with only 1 minor today. When I came to Debbie I'd been in and out of lessons for about 3 years and was really lacking confidence and as a very nervous driver. Debbie completely transformed my attitude towards driving and now I feel very happy and confident in the driver's seat. Thank you so so much!

I passed first time thanks to the wonderful teaching from my instructor Noel. I had tried to learn to drive previously and never felt confident enough to keep going with it. But Noel instilled confidence and kept the lessons very calm and never stressful. He made sure I was completely prepared for the test, was always on time and stuck to the times of my lessons which was brilliant, as it’s sometimes difficult to fit in learning with working full time. I really recommend learning with Noel and Jennifer’s Driving School.
