The staff at Eden Vauxhall are absolutely fantastic. When booking my car in for a repair the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very polite and extremely helpful. The service staff looked at my car straightaway when I brought it in and I was in and out of the office very quickly.

Amazing service. I've just had my car's MOT done at Eden Bracknell and I could not have been happier. The staff are brilliant and very nice. The engineer once finished was happy to answer any questions that I had about my advisory too.
Will only use these guys.

Poor service wait all day for a mot and service no communication from garage. Why they ask when you need the car back as they have no intention of keeping to a time line. I’ve used this garage for about 7 years with this car and many more years on my previous car, but i think this is the last time I use them especially as other garages book you in on a time slot so at least you know when your car is being looked at.

Went into Vauxhall today, Saturday at 10:30am, had a slow puncture. Got it sorted in and out by 11am. Very professional, great service by Steve and very helpful lady behind the desk. Definitely my No1 choice going forward. Highly recommend and great value! He even tried to bump out a dent, which we didn’t request, going that extra mile for a customer on a Saturday!

I only just found this place, although it had been there for many years. Made appointment for a Corsa recall. Estimate was 1 hour, but they finished in less than 20 minutes. I decided to stay in their waiting room enjoying free tea and free WiFi, while watching TV. Seats in the waiting room are quite comfortable. Once the car was done, they presented me a document with results of the free, but comprehensive checks they did. Brilliant idea.
Will definitely take the car to this garage for the next service.
