We recently bought a VW T6 Campervan from Coupes and Convertibles after a lot of research. We booked in to come and see a couple of the vans they had in, and reserved one after a test drive. Due to some delays on our part, we didn’t take delivery until a month later (they were really patient!) and we are really pleased with it. In terms of customer service, emails are always responded to quickly and nothing was too much trouble when viewing them. We did have a small issue 6 weeks later but this was sorted out quickly. Overall, really happy and would definitely recommend Nikki and Julian.

My husband brought a campervan from coupes and convertible at the beginning of the year then two months ago he went back over and found another campervan that he liked better so he traided is old one for the new one he dicided that he did not want the rock and roll bed and wanted a single box along the side of the van with storage under neth which coupes and convertible did for him and make a fantastic job of it thay are the best company that I have found that thay will help you try and do what ever you want in your van thanks for all your help Roy Richardson

First time I've bought a vehicle outside of a main dealer for quite some time and I didn't know what to expect. I need not have worried; the team did a great job answering all my questions and ensuring any additional bits were done to a very high standard.
I always take internet reviews with a pinch of salt, however on this occasion I would have no issues recommending these guys so much so I'm confident that when the time comes I'll be back to spend some more money.

Purchased a car off this company last month and the sales services was great, really friendly and helpful – felt like they wanted you to have a good car and a good experience buying one.
But I think businesses like this really show their worth if something goes wrong - I have a minor issue (leaking windscreen washer) and called them today and they were really helpful still... Heading back this week to get sorted.. Cannot fault them and there when you need them..
Keep it up guys, you give the second hand car market a very welcomed good name.. Well done

This place isn't your usual sell at all cost pressured garage, right from the start with Julian it was all done at my pace, no pressure sell or fed a load of rubbish. I live 60 miles away from the garage and Julian worked it into his day to bring the car to me so I could have a look, again with no pressure. I loved the car so he left me a spare car so I could drive down the next day. Nikki took over from there and it was as calm and relaxed as going to see family, they really are a pleasure to buy from. There was a slight issue with one of my wheels that was pointed out by Julian right at the start

Really impressed with Coupes and Convertibles. Nicki was so helpful and no pressure with trying to push us into buying a car from them. We felt at ease and really took our time looking at the different cars they had for sale.
Once we decided to buy, didn't look back. We did have a small issue just over a week after buying and it was sorted out straight away. Really would recommend as we had such a great experience. We will definitely use again in the near future.
Also must thank Shane for putting on personal number plates.

Amazing service, that's where I start! From the initial first call with Nikki, and chats with Julian and dealing face to face with Shane, Coupes & Convertibles are an absolute pleasure to deal with. The Campervan we bought from them is in mint condition. Everything was a smooth process and nothing was too much for them. We're are thoroughly enjoying our new van.
