If the solicitor(or anyone from this business) asked to borrow your phone, DON'T - they would post a 5 star review to this business using your phone.
I found out after a year, when google sent me a notification that I posted a review to this business, which I did not remember doing at all, what I remembered was the solicitor borrowed my phone and I let him, thinking he would just save his mobile number.

An absolut waste of money and time. They charged for an initial appointment that I was happy to pay, around £150.00 and after they called that they need more time to reviw my case. I accepted and paid for that extra time. Mr so called solicitor always in a rush explaining that the case is straight forward no problem. They will send you the invoice for a few grands and after you need to chase them, until you get to the point where they will talk you out of the case and convince you to give up and basically lost before you started. They are there for invoicing only !!! A bunch of modern tiefs called

I had very bad experience with this solicitor. The way I felt was like I was in prison. They will make small issue into big issues just to squeeze out all your money, very expensive and unprofessional service. Will not finish your case easily. They charged me £250 an hour just to listen to them for no good reason, and never provided invoice. Super slow service, had to chase them every time to do the work. They will not talk until you pay consultation fees first £125. If you want to save money please go elsewhere avoid this one...thanks

I found this firm to be so difficult to deal with. I would go weeks with no update & but when I called my solicitor was always reviewing my case "right now". I was left to handle much of the dispute myself because it was time sensitive & when action was suddenly taken by them it was out of date because things had evolved & no-one had been in touch or read my messages.
They were very happy to charge me promptly & run up an additional £700 of expenses with no warning that I was close to the expiration of £2k retainer funds. I found this to be unethical & unprofessional & would not recommend.

A very good experience. I was very concerned and worried about my issues but I was met and advised by a very knowledgeable legal team who dealt with all my issues comprehensively. Matters were concluded not only well but on budget. I was very impressed and happy with the service received. If you got difficult cases this is the place to go.

Worst solicitors I have ever come across. Make sure that you review every charge from their statement. We had to call them several times because they never met deadlines and they tried to charge us £25 per call. I had to go over my phone records to cross check. They are rude, unhelpful, they give you incorrect information, and when you complain they get annoyed and they become short and tempered. This solicitor has caused us a great deal of distress, pain and a huge hole in the wallet. Avoid them at all cost
