Jelly Belly Catering is owned and run by Esme Brendon, who can call upon a talented team of caterers and serving staff to help her put on your special event. Esme has enjoyed a 40-year career in catering, having originally trained in hotel management at Hollings College in Manchester.
She then attended the Cordon Bleu School in London, where she achieved her Advanced Certificate in Cookery, which supported her in her further career working as a private chef in Chantilly, France and at Chateau Leoville Barton in Pauillac, France.
