Incredibly rude customer services. I called to ask if I could pay/arrange for a fitter to come and refit a carpet that had lifted in a couple of corners. Plus I stated that I'd be looking for quotes for 2 further rooms that needed new floors. I was told Denton's would not be willing to work with me, at all. Appreciate that part of the request was fixing work completed by another company, but the way the person on the phone spoke to me was really unprofessional and rude. Also stating "Well you should have come to us first".

We recently bought a set of carpets and blinds from Dentons. The team were very friendly and helpful, both in the showroom and via phone/email. They offered expert advice and helped us make the right choices for our home. We never felt rushed and were able to place an order when we were certain of everything we needed. After sales service was just as good - they worked with us to find a convenient time for fitting and worked around our schedules. We will definitely be buying from Dentons next time round.
