We have with been with EG (or their predecessors, iSite) since 2008 and have always had good service. Through most of that time Mandy Boot has been our prime point of contact and has always been responsive and professional, whilst also being approachable and friendly. Got to be honest that contacting the office is not always easy (hence 4* and not 5*) but as Mandy works remotely this is not an generally an issue.

These guys have been really great managing my house move. House was marketed and sold in super quick time and they are always on hand to provide any support. Nothing is too much trouble when you call and you always get a warm and positive response from them.
