As specialists, we are fully focused on the priorities and needs of Landlords and Tenants.
As a landlord it is important that you assess the benefits of sourcing an insurance policy that is specifically designed for rented property. A standard buildings and contents insurance policy may not cover you for an event that occur in rented property, furthermore it can be a requirement of your mortgage to have the correct insurance policy in place.
NW Estates are delighted to provide you with a new and innovative NIL Excess Rent Guarantee insurance policy provided by Paymentshield. For Managed properties we can arrange a Rent Protection policy in our business name, as we hold an insurable interest in the rent being paid. This means we can action all policy requirements on behalf of you the landlord.

Viewed a property on Saturday, confirmed the viewing before I left. Got to the property to find the viewing canceled. Applied anyway as we'd viewed the property opposite earlier, and they were identical inside. We were then forced to view again on Monday. We were told Tuesday morning that we didnt get it. We were then told Tuesday evening that we COULD have it, and to ring them. Wednesday morning we rang, and they said they'd email details by lunchtime. 2pm rolls around and I emailed them asking for the details. 2:20pm, I get the details. 2:25pm and the property is now going to the first aplicants

I am a previous tenant. A word of warning - do not agree to rent via this agency if you value your privacy. As if the 6 monthly inspections weren’t bad enough, there was one occasion where I had an inspection and all was well. The following week another representative of this firm turned up but this time simply let himself into my apartment with keys. I was naked and so was my partner. I was not happy. I was simply brushed off by the management as this was just a mistake. What these guys really need to understand that it is entire illegal practice to just enter the property without notice or

Absolutely fuming went to view a property for no-one to show up after ringing me to confirm the day before. Get to NW Estates for the woman (rather unhelpfully) to say that I should have had a text and to confirm on the day. I never recieved a text nor was I told to confirm on the day. DO NOT USE shocking company

Very professional letting agents.
In a climate where it seems letting agencies are taking advantage as much as they can, it is really nice to deal with someone like these guys.
I have found everyone I have been in contact with at NWlets to be great in communication.
They treat tenants fairly and respectfully, all the way from application to move out.
Would definitely use again

Very unprofessional company, did a house viewing and placed a deposit with an hour of completing the viewing. We called up and offered to pay over the phone but the insisted on a bank transfer which we did, we sent them the forms back to be told the following day we weren't able to take the property as someone else got their forms back before us??? We were told it was money that secured the house!! AVOID as communication obviously isn't a priority for them, in my past experiences estate agents always let prospective viewers or applicants know if an application has been made for a property. Would
