We have been renting through David Andrews for a year now. There were several hiccups with the move - the place was a real mess with lots of damaged furnishings when we moved in, and without any warning there were cleaners at the house when we got the keys (right in the peak of full lockdown). However, renting has been very smooth since - our property manager Jess is great. Very pleasant, responsive and has arranged for the aforementioned issues to be fixed.

I had rented my flat through Philip at David Andrew ten years ago, before purchasing it a couple of years later. So when I decided to move on and rent my flat out, I went back to them straight away - and was delighted to find that Philip was still part of the family. I very much enjoy renting through David Andrew, they offer a great service. For property management I mostly liaise with Jess Innes, and it continues to be a fulfilling experience. Jess has been an excellent property manager from the start. We trust her 100 percent in making the right decisions and we feel that our house is very well looked after. She always gives us an update how things are going. She clearly has a high workload but she and her colleagues always get back to us to keep us in the loop. My boyfriend and I were looking for a rental flat so we approached David Andrews. David, the agent we dealt with, showed us a flat that we liked so we put in an offer to rent it. He said that he would get back to us and let us know after meeting with the landlord.
Almost a week had passed and we were getting nervous as we had to move in 10 days time. We only had intermittent communication from David about the progress of the flat which then turned into unanswered calls and messages.
