Churchills Funeral Services is a small, independently owned and run funeral service serving the whole of Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. Churchills Funeral Services are proud to offer families the greatest control over costs involved in the funeral. This is why we clearly show what costs are involved with each part of the arrangements.
As well as our traditional funerals, we also offer a 'Direct Cremation' service, which is simpler and cheaper. There is no service with the body present, but of course you are free to have a memorial service at a time which suits you.

Services
As a small local independent business we are able to provide funeral arrangements that are more affordable than many other nearby funeral directors. Many of whom, although they still trade under a long established familiar local name, are in fact now part of a large national chain with expensive overheads that reflect in the prices they charge.
We pride ourselves on being completely transparent with our prices, and have created an example funeral quote below. This has been tailored to meet lower costs. Churchills Funeral Services have always offered a simple option cremation. If family do not wish to carry the coffin, it is then wheeled into the Crematorium chapel on a funeral trolley.
Direct Cremation, or a funeral without a service, is becoming more popular now, both with those who are trying to control costs, and with people who do not want the body present at the service. Obviously, you are free to hold a memorial service at your own convenience if you wish to. With a direct cremation, nobody attends, so we can choose both the crematorium and the day that the cremation takes place, which helps us keep costs low.
Churchills Funeral Services offer a personal and compassionate service. We understand how difficult a time this is and have many years experience to help make arranging a funeral as straightforward as possible. Please do get in touch to arrange an appointment. In order to keep our costs low, so that we may pass the savings on to you, our office may not be manned at all times.
If death occurred at home or in a Nursing Home and a doctor has been in attendance within the previous 14 days, a Doctors certificate should be issued. Please contact the doctor, who will attend as soon as possible to confirm the death. Upon confirmation of death, the doctor can either issue a certificate there and then or more likely they will make an appointment for you to collect one.

Can't thank you enough for the way you helped us through such a terribly sad time. From the first moment when we contacted you to say our dad had passed, you showed us nothing but kindness and compassionate. When the world is in turmoil with COVID, you helped us create a fitting celebration of Dad's life, you were so kind and caring to our mum. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts.

Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Not just because of their prices but more so because of the amazing quality of service they provide.
Thanks again Graham for all you did in regards to my mother's cremation. The respect you showed her from the moment you first came to her home the day she passed, to when we left the crematorium was beyond expectations. We really couldn't of asked for more.
