We recently recruited an HRBP for our global business. This was delivered in record time and extremely professionally. Hannah and the Signet team worked really well together and screened a number of candidates quickly. The shortlist was produced quickly and the interview notes were good quality and provided an accurate description of who we were seeing. We made an offer within 7 days and the candidate has accepted. I have been very impressed with the process here. It is the first consultancy that I have dealt with that takes the time to do a proper recruitment process. I have had a full interview with Vanessa, and an extensive briefing on the role I applied for. This is a big difference to the "can I send your CV to the client mob".
