The agency specialises in the finding and recruitment of highest calibre Nannies, Mother's Helps, Nanny/Housekeepers, Nursery Staff, Maternity Nurses, After School Nannies, Summer or holiday nannies, and Babysitters throughout all of the UK.

Here at Smileys, we provide expert care for the individual needs of your children. With 27 years of experience, we pride ourselves with an honest, friendly, caring, and professional approach. We interview all our candidates, they are all fully vetted, and references and qualifications are rigorously checked.
All working parents are able to off-set a percentage of the cost of employing a Nanny against childcare vouchers, which are available from their employer. To do this, they will need to employ a Nanny who is already registered on the Ofsted Childcare Register (OCR), or a nanny who is willing to register.

Would definitely recommend smileys. Beth has been a massive help with helping me getting back into a childcare career. I've been in retail for 8 years and its taken alot for me to change my career to something I want to do and Beth at smileys has been a big support and a massive help.

I would definitely recommend Smileys to anyone looking for a job. I applied for a position and Racquel got me an instant interview. She gave me lots of tips and advice beforehand. Smiley emailed me a job and from me emailing them back to say I was interested to even now after I've started my new job , they have always been there for me when I needed them even just to ask the smallest question. Very friendly and helpful especially on the days before and day of my interview. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a new position!
