Fantastic service and top quality products. After ordering a size a little too small, customer service was excellent, sent slippers back, replacement ones we with me within a week, especially good during these crazy times...
I love my new slippers (zebra stripe) so much, that I have to force myself to take them off when I take the dog out! I love… them so much that they’re on the list as birthday gifts to order for family/friends. Mark provides the best service! Phone and email enquiries are always answered and replied to promptly. I once ordered a pair of Hatley wellies which somehow got lost in the post and he immediately dispatched a new pair to me. The loyalty discount is a bonus - makes you slightly less guilty when you give in to temptations on no-sale days! I like shopping for the Mini Rodini brand from this website because the items are more competitively priced! Also, the brown sturdy packaging is unique and I like reusing them!
