Services
Every project starts with an initial meeting on site. Most clients require the Full Architects Service from inception through to completion. However, we also provide individual solutions, tailor-made for clients who do not require the full range of our services. Our Full Architects Service provides the client with a single point of contact and personal service throughout the entire design, planning and construction of the project.

We offer a professional service for private clients seeking traditional, contemporary or bespoke residential developments, and work closely with our clients to achieve elegant and innovative solutions to individual client needs.
Should you choose to use our Full Architects Service, in which we work with you on your project from start to finish, our fees will be quoted as a percentage value of the proposed total building works cost. Invoices are sent at the end of each of the above stages, unless your project is of sufficient size or complexity whereby each of these stages might take several months to complete.
Why do I need an Architect? An RIBA Chartered Architect has studied for a minimum of seven years, and subsequently has the qualifications, professional training, vision and experience to manage the entire design and construction process.
Since a professional service is offered at every stage of the project, clients can relax knowing that the architect will take care of all of the necessary paperwork, monitor the work on site and deal with your contractor directly.Chartered Architects are subject to a statutory code of practice and carry compulsory Professional Indemnity Insurance to protect their client's interests.
