Square One Architects is an RIBA Chartered Practice based in Hampton, South West London, which specializes in bespoke residential architecture. We believe designing and building your house should be a fun and exciting experience, whilst being overlooked by qualified professionals capable of not only understanding your needs and ambitions, but proposing new and unique solutions as well.
This recently completed project located in the London Borough of Kingston Upon Thames is spread between two semi-detached Victorian properties which both sought to extend their roof spaces. The properties already benefitted from handsome elevations and styling which called for a modern addition to avoid any pastiche details which could have been harmful to the character of their original elevations.

We used Square One Architects to design our single story rear extension, and found them to be very good. Iacopo was very responsive to all our emails, arranged regular updates to keep us informed, and presented us with several options, and produced high quality and clear drawings to make decisions easier.

I recently engaged Square One for a conversion project in my house. I found them highly professional and reliable throughout. They showed a genuine interest and enthusiasm for our project and were extremely helpful with suggestions on how best to approach the various applications and approvals from the local council. Square One also recommended various other companies, including the builders who we ended up going with. They were all excellent and we're delighted with the end result. First class.
