Stewart is a highly regarded adviser in the industry. He has an accountancy background and has gone on to achieve the coveted Chartered Financial Planner Status with the CII. He believes that clients expect excellence when it comes to expertise but the real test of a good adviser is understanding why money is important to each individual client.
Dean established Asset & Investment Management Ltd over 38 years ago and the business has grown from strength to strength. He is very proud that the company has built deep roots in the local community and survived the ever-changing (and challenging) financial services environment whilst staying true to the belief of looking after local people and looking after them well.
Harou joined the team on a Government Apprenticeship scheme in 2015. He has successfully completed the apprenticeship scheme and has now progessed into a technical admin role - Paraplanning. He is studying for the full diploma in Financial Planning with the CII and he has a passion for mortgage advice.
Originally from Venezuela, Maria graduated as an Industrial Engineer and relocated to the UK in 2004. She has worked as a System Support Administrator and Data Analyst for over 14 years within the Social Care and Retail sectors. She has a passion for numbers and data analysis and really enjoys supporting and communicating with clients.

I've been with AIM for a little over a year, after needing a provider to deal with my pension. I am a self employed and while financially astute, I really didn't have a clue about pensions. Stewart from AIM explained everything to me and let me know what I needed to save for my retirement. I have other financial goals, so couldn't commit a huge amount to my pension initially. This isn't a problem for AIM and they treat me like a valued customer, even though I'm smallfry compared to some of their clients. The whole team are really friendly and it makes the whole experience even better. The best
