We recently sold our house with Online Agent Cardiff and cannot fault them. From the initial valuation it felt like Richard really cared about getting to know the property and putting it on the market at the right price.
From that stage Catrin took over managing our sale and was absolutely fantastic. The communication from her and the whole OAC team was brilliant, it never felt like we were pestering them and we were kept up to date promptly at every step.

I cannot praise Online Agents enough, specially Richard who was always at hand. As a first time buyer and hearing horror stories about buying houses I was ever so nervous but I felt in safe hands with Online Agents.

I have recently completed on a house through OAC and cannot recommend them too highly. Rich was very organised, responded promptly to any questions I had and was really helpful throughout. Having had a challenging experience with a house that fell through with a different estate agent, it was really refreshing to have Rich's honest and up front approach. I would fully recommend them and will definitely be using them if I ever decide to sell the house.

Be careful! They say that mortgage in principle agreement is not accepted and they will tell you that their mortgage advisor needs to go with Natwest because they have better deal.
Also been told there is no chain and we can move in straight away, but we waited for more than 6 months!!! The property had plumbing issues etc so I don't think the survey had been done either which was paid for. I will not use this company again.

Excellent communication from Richard all along, quick to answer queries and was helpful throughout our house purchase. Everybody that I encountered in this company were both professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend them and should we ever decide to move again I would be choosing them to sell my home.

From start to finish Online Agent Cardiff have been brilliant. I’ve used many estate agents in the past but they only seemed to be involved in the process at the beginning and end, but these guys really held our hand all the way through. We had problems with communication from both ours and the buyers solicitors, but Catrin really stepped up and got us over the line when the process started to slow. Thank you for all your help we will definitely use you again. :)
