Not having a Residential Sales Division enables us to offer a true unbiased independent valuation on any property as we have no interest in selling the property.

Of course there is nothing to stop a Landlord acting without an agent. DON'T RENT, LET OR BUY WITH THEM! Rude, bad time management, dishonest agent (leeds site)
Booked an house viewing, called to double confirmed very politely but their attitude was VERY RUDE, asked why I need to confirm, I also don't have the postcode or address so I have to guess by comparing google map and the ad. They should really ask why all other agents gave confirmation and follow-up calls. Very poor service.
The agent were also late on the house viewing.
The property is in the basement which they should also mentioned it in the ad to avoid wasting others time. VERY BAD experience and I

So after calling the letting agency about an advertised property that has misleading information . One of the agents in Harrogate an old man with cranky voice picked up the phone, while asking him if it's available and if its studio flat, he replies back rude manner saying " don't waste my time I am busy , isn't available and he hungs up the phone"
What a manner to talk to someone who requested missing and misleading information on the website. Better speak to another agency who is more respectful to other human being or customers!!!

Very helpful and got me moved in within a week with no issues. Ending the tenancy I had no issues with either and received my deposit back promptly with everything in order. Overall I would recommend using r&w lettings as I never had any issues with them at all in nearly 18 months.

I have rented from these guys several different properties over the years and always found them to be very helpful, understanding, responsive and professional. I have cats, so its always an issue for landlords. Everywhere I have tried to rent previous there is always a premium to pay for animals, which is understandable. I expect it. But as I usually leave a property pristine, R&W Lettings have taken notice and helped me to negotiate the the premium down on my latest rental. There are a lot of letting agents in Harrogate, but these guys do actually care about their tenants.

Absolutely recommend R&W Lettings to renters! Guy and team went the extra mile to call us back when a property became available again that ticked all our boxes. They expertly and efficiently guided us through a complicated tenancy application process. Also quickly communicated concerns to the landlord, which were resolved just as quickly. A friend was moving into the area for work and needed a property for him and his girlfriend as a matter of urgency.
