Professional support up to point of offer being accepted and then no follow up/support. Unresponsive to calls/emails from myself, my solicitors and my mortgage brokers. One progress update given throughout the 3 months prior to completion. When there was an issue in the chain in the last week prior to completion relating to my buyers( ie, who David Britton had introduced and therefore IMO should be resolving), it ended up being my mortgage brokers who sorted it and prevented completion day being delayed.

We recently bought a house through David Britton.
What a refreshing experience, once our offer was accepted there was no back and forth/silly games like we'd had with other agents.
From start to finish the whole process only took 7 weeks and we were kept well informed.
We viewed 4 houses in total, 2 of these were through David Britton, and the all around service experienced was far superior to other agents. If/when we are looking to buy/sell again I'll be sure to ook out for these guys.
