Diabolical.
I have never dealt with such incompetence. In our house, that we rented, I would regularly email detailing damp problems with a particular wall. For months, nothing happpend. Eventually they sent a painter round, who admitted that the problem was damp and that he was merely painting over the rot. He admitted Geo Hallm never do anything properly. The wall ended up partially falling down!
Now I am a landlord and work with a great letting agency, I use Geo Hallem as my point of reference as how a letting agency should not be run.

No stars would be a fairer reflection of this firms communication. We submitted an tenancy application and requested an email confirming they had taken receipt of this, no reply. We called to check the progress of said application, the person dealing with the tenancy was unavailable, so a call back was requested. After a further two call backs and no contact, we received an email stating we had we had been unsuccessful with our application. Losing out on a property, I can easily accept. Your complete and utter disregard, bordering on contempt, of your customers I can not.

If you want to rent a flat, you might try praying for one, or simply laying in the street and waiting for the situation to arise, both methods would be preferable and much more profitable than dealing with Geo Hallam and Sons.
Here's why;
Unaccommodating - Geo Hallam and Sons appear to only have one member of staff able to put through an application for a flat. When asked to come in to check over the application, the time slots we were given were 10am - 2pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Great slots for people who don't have a job, unfortunately you need a job to pay rent usually...
