Vaughan Design was founded by Paul Vaughan MCIAT, a Chartered Architectural Technologist who has over 10 years experience working in the design services sector of the construction industry; learning the trade at an award winning architectural practice in Leeds, before setting up his own business in 2009 to provide the same high level of service.

Vaughan Design Ltd is an architectural practice based in Otley, West Yorkshire, specialising in a wide range of commissions, from new build housing schemes, commercial developments and refurbishments, to all types of domestic conversions, home extensions and internal alterations.
We deal with the preparation and submission of planning applications and building regulations submissions, as well as listed building applications, detailed construction packages, the production of tender package information and their analysis and administration of construction contracts.
