Following a bereavement there are decisions to make and procedures to follow which can seem overwhelming. We are here to help and guide you through each step of the process. If you need immediate help, please contact us and we will be happy to advise. A doctor will visit to formally confirm the death.
We wish to honour your wishes and those of the person who has died, so coordinate with a wide range of third-party providers to fulfil your needs. Our experienced team can guide you through the many choices on offer - for cremation or burial, types of service, caskets and coffins, vehicles, floral tributes and more.
Funerals often cost far more than people expect. We're here to help you understand these costs and will explain everything from our funeral director fees to third party arrangements. We make all costs transparent to help you make informed decisions. How grand or simple a funeral will be is down to individual choice.
In accordance with the CMA (Competition and Markets Authority) we are being transparent about our pricing, showing the breakdown of each of our packages. We can, of course, tailor and personalise a funeral to suit you and your loved one's wishes. A direct cremation is a modern alternative to a traditional cremation funeral.

Thank you to Shaun and the team for a professional, kind and thoughtful funeral for my brother Chrys. They looked after him and took care of us (the family) so well. The words spoken and the way Shaun performed the service was perfect. The Oaks cerenatorium was a beautiful place to have the service and nothing was too much trouble.

Would like to thank Shaun and his team for making what was already an extremely difficult situation with the passing of our son into a comforting and sensitive experience .
