The large, help yourself area features two hot buffet tables and a central buffet bar for cold starters and desserts. The server tables are double-sided, allowing guests to view the extensive range of dining options and choose dishes without having to queue. For starters and desserts, we have a buffet-style option, allowing you to help yourself to as much, or as little, as you like.
Our draught beers include top continental lagers San Miguel and Carlsberg. Traditional bitter Tetley Mild and Smooth is served, alongside Guinness and Somersby Cider. Bottled beers are not forgotten and include ice cold Peroni, Budweiser, San Miguel fresca and Holsten Pils. All spirits and liqueurs are from international suppliers and include Bells, Martell, Gordons, Bacardi, Famous Grouse, Baileys and Pernod.

Very dated and tired hotel but wow the food was amazing. The Help your self breakfast was brilliant, so much option, hot plenty and yummy what more could you wish for.
The evening meal had a minimal selection but what we ate was good. The selection of starters and pud for self service were very good.

We had a lovely time the food was excellent and the staff were very Pleasant the only thing i was not happy with not many guests or staff wore.masks especially around the buffet and I'm afraid management didn't seem bothered as nobody was enforcing it after all there is a pandemic on its not over I really don't like complaining as it is a very good Hotel but I do think they really must be more strict

Just back from Christmas at the Cliffs, what a wonderful 4 days, thank you to every single member of the staff who have all worked extremely hard to keep all of the guests happy. The food is sumptuous, entertainment good, and just a lovely atmosphere. Hopefully will be back next year. This was my 3rd stay this year which probably says it all.

Fantastic hotel, rooms have been updated so there was a strong smell of gloss. Staff very friendly, food was good, a bit disappointed with Xmas lunch as was very basic. Winter wonderland trip a complete waste of time. Going back to the hotel the only thing I could say to improve in is to offer coffee in the cafe bar earlier then 10am for us early risers.

My 3 friends and I have just been for the Motown Weekend.
It's a lovely hotel I have to say and the food is excellent with plenty of choice.
We had a double and an adjoining twin with only one bathroom between us 4 ladies which was not an ideal situation, so had to ask for another room and they did manage to find us the last available(single room).
The entertainment was very good and The Soul Sensations group were Brilliant!
Only one main complaint is the milks need replenishing every day in order to have more than one drink.
On the whole a good weekend and we had lovely weather too for November

Really friendly and efficient staff at this hotel and the food is lovely. Buffet style breakfast and buffet starters for dinner with a choice of mains. There is a tram stop right outside the hotel which takes you into the main Blackpool strip in a few minutes or about a 15 min walk. I must admit the hotel rooms are probably a three star as they are in need of an upgrade. But the staff are so nice and the food is so good that they deserve a four star rating. Nothing is too much trouble. Plus the building facade is beautiful. Well done The Cliffs Hotel
