These guys are totally untrustworthy and I would highly recommend finding an alternative plumber, even if they cost more. They came to do a simple job (replace a bathroom basin) which they said would be easy and quick. They knocked some tiles out which they said wouldn't need to happen and made a pretty bad mess of it. I let it go as the guy seemed nice (Jay). I paid them the money and then realised that evening that the plug wasn't working properly. They said Jay would come back the next day to fix it, which he didn't. I kept calling and they never picked up so when I was suspicious they were
