15 minutes of their time costs £30! Was there when operative left my premises at 4.15, and was charged till 4.30. I corresponded with Sam at Plumwise he said all their people are satellite tracked. The operative was parked outside and didn’t leave immediately Sam acknowledged the tracker not that accurate though still refused to make any allowances to the bill, to me that’s just Plumbdumb.
