I recently went to champagne and roses to find my dream dress for my big day next year in March, went with my mom we both felt very relaxed and comfortable staff were amazing and were so helpful with any questions we had, I’m always a nervous person anyways and because of being a bigger girl was so worried nothing was going to fit I explained how nervous I was about trying dresses on and they were so nice and reassured me and helped me overcome this, cannot thank them enough can’t wait for my dress to come in to the shop so I can try it on again and have my alterations done,

Went here to try some dresses on, lady seemed bored within the first 5 minutes, and was quite rude. I stated I was planning on losing a bit of weight for my wedding and was told that I should join slimming world, lose lots of weight and go back next year to try on lots of dresses! This lady made me feel awful about myself today, not everyone is a size 8 and not everyone needs to be a size 8 to wear a wedding dress and feel beautiful in it! I will not be returning to this shop.

Where do I start? Caroline is absolutely fantastic and I can't recommend her enough. Not only is she very knowledgeable, she's very honest and trustworthy. Nothing is ever too much trouble. She really does go the extra mile, even when she was poorly, she never let me down.

Caroline and her team went above and beyond to make sure myself and my bridesmaids found the perfect dresses. Offering helpful suggestions to help us pick, great communication through the planning process and even offering out of hours services to first our schedules, finding our dream dresses and accessories was made so easy. I visited Champagne and Roses on the 21/01/2020. As soon as my mom and I walked through the door we were immediately welcomed. The lady was just so lovely and most helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her. During my bridal trial she was most professional, she empowered us with her wealth of knowledge and experience within this field. After helping me find my perfect dress, she went above and beyond her duty of offering her help to one of my bridesmaids, who has complex health needs, to ensure that she has a beautiful dress that is practical for her needs - her compassion and empathy shone

I went to albrighton wedding fayre. I was having a look around and came across this company. She asked if i had found my dress i said yes but had to cancel due to my surgery, the lady responded by saying what a gastric bipass!!! No love its not im absolutely fuming. No professional at all and for her information i am not big enough for a gastric bipass.
