Please note that if you find your ball has come to rest in one of these areas, collect your ball with your club if possible and play out to the side. Please do not attempt to collect your ball on foot as it will disturb the seed and will also leave a green smudge on your nice white golf shoes!
Another project that is now complete is the Weir on holes 1 and 2. This will improve water flow along the hazard and normalise levels across the pond on the front-nine.The lakeside walls along the base of holes 12 and 18 are being clad with mock-slate tile. This will undoubtedly improve the overall aesthetics of the outlook from the current and soon-to-be new terrace.

Pyrford Lakes was the perfect venue for our engagement party, a beautiful location and wonderful staff. We are so grateful to Alex and team for going above and beyond to make our night so special. Communication with Alex was excellent before, and on the day of the event. The team were incredibly accommodating to our requests, and on hand to help where needed throughout the night. All of our guests remarked about their incredible service. Special thanks to Craig, Zoe and Christine. We would definitely recommend Pyrford lakes for private events and will definitely be back! Thank you!

Invited by a friend of mine, who is very keen player. Excellent Green condition, much better than some exclusive and expensive private clubs. Every hole is unique and different, every hole you will meet water, very challenging course. We played in the very wet winter, I was so surprised to see this course is dry and mud free. Totally enjoy the golf, calm and beautiful surroundings and the amazing wildlife. I joined the club after my 1st round, despite I am already a member of two golf clubs in Surrey.
When I came for my 2nd round, invited two friends of mine, they joined the club straight after

My second trip to Pyrford Lakes this year and another 5 star experience: I will definitely be back again soon! The course is in fantastic condition - the greens run true and are still a good pace in late October; the fairways and bunkers are excellent too. Don't be fooled by the yardage, this is a great test of golf for any player - we had a 5, 16 and 27 handicapper in my group and none of us played to handicap! There are cleverly placed hazards on every hole, narrow fairways and some great risk and reward holes too. Also, it is great value for money - the green fee for a course of this quality

Core of the course is in good condition. Big improvements since the latter days of Crown Golf.
However, it is not a members course despite Get Golfing telling you it is. Packed out with 4 balls, society's and beers/buggies. Victim of its own success. 4.5 to 5+ hour rounds a norm. New owners have been at the helm for around 18 months now and clearly are very successful at getting punters in through the door.
The unfortunate bar staff don't have the means to work efficiently. Needs a 2nd till and some technology to prevent the constant queues.
There always seems to be a shortage of something,

Four of us visited Pyrford Lakes yesterday 28th of September. We found the course to be in excellent condition. The greens were very smooth and obviously well looked after as were the fairways which were a pleasure to play off as the ball sat up nicely. The only criticism we had was that the signage to the next hole was a bit lacking (luckily one of us had played it about 10 years ago so was able to provide guidance) and perhaps a map on each tee would provide an outline of the layout of each hole. We will definitely be back as the current fees offer excellent value for money.
