Excellent service. They fitted our job in quickly, and though it turned out to be more complicated than it had appeared, they stuck with it to a thoroughly satisfactory conclusion, within the quoted price.
Contrast that with a certain large franchise that repeatedly failed to come up with a quotation , after weeks - and reminders - and then rang to see whether they could come and do the (unpriced) job that day.
When we replace our patio doors Wessex Windows will be the first people we'll call.

Jon has just installed a triple glazed sliding patio door to our upstairs balcony and the service he provided was exemplary. He was found to be a very diligent, hardworking, conscientious, and reliable person who went that extra mile to produce a very professional job.
My wife and I are delighted with the excellent service he gave us, and he thoroughly deserves the 5* score we have given.

John replaced all the windows in the Church Room and lobby. They have transformed both the Room and Lobby areas. Lots of great comments from the congregation on the quality of the work, etc. John is very friendly and professional in all aspects of the work.

Really pleased with this company. This is the second time I've used them & they've been brilliant both times, first for replacing glass in my double glazing (and replacing hinges & handles too - windows are now like new) and now for a new back door. Both times the work was done very professionally and anytime I spoke to the office they were also fab & friendly. Their chap was really friendly and didn't mind my toddler alternating between staring at him working or running around like a lunatic. Very reasonably priced and wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend.
