Just had our bifold doors installed and I have to say I’m thrilled. Damon has the personal approach to his customers and gives you his frank and personal view on how to get what your looking for. Damon was one of the cheapest but definitely not lacking in quality. From the initial order through to delivery and after installation he was checking in and making sure all was ok. As for the installers he uses we cannot praise them enough. S&R Precision Installation are brilliant, thorough, professional and hard working and know what they are doing. Will deffo be coming back to have our windows done

Will definitely be using Brighter Choice again and cannot recommend Damon and Rachel enough. They were very informative and knowledgeable when we were thinking about going for sets of Bifold doors for our… extension. They were by no means pushy and were very honest and nothing was too much trouble for them. I cannot say enough to recommend Brighter Choice. The level of support we received from Damon was superb and I cannot imagine receiving a comparable service elsewhere - it was certainly a first for us. Damon made time to talk us through our options for a no-commitment quote (which was reasonable), kept in regular contact throughout the process, helped us arrange installers when we ended up stuck with uncooperative builders, and followed the process through to the day our bifolds were installed. And we love our new bifolds.

They were very personable, extremely attentive and responsive… and even took time out of their Sunday afternoon to have a video call with us to talk through the specifics of the threshold measurements which was very much appreciated! By far the nicest, approachable and professional team I dealt with. I never write reviews, but, Damon and his team deserve the positive praise. After speaking to dozens of companies Brighter Choice were above… the rest by a considerable mile . I appreciated their friendly manner as they spoke through various options, simple explanations, and no stress sales style.
