I’m unsurprised to find other observations around arrogance and poor conduct.
This company were appointed by our home builder to carry out a reinstallation of our kitchen.
There were issues throughout the installation where they had failed to bring the correct fittings which caused me (out of my own pocket) to embark on a 3 hour round trip in order to collect items in order to have a functioning kitchen.
To their credit, the home builder failed to pay them and so they didn’t return to finish the job. Whilst I can appreciate their position with the homebuilder, it is apparent that they have

I had additional work done to my kitchen which is a new build, I wanted a particular day for work to be done . I found all the staff very accommodation and flexible around my fitting dates, the fitter was very good, neat, tidy and efficient. One of the doors was slightly damaged on unpacking , it was fitted and a new one ordered straight away.
