Having had an unprofessional experience with a recruitment agency in the past, I didn't have a high opinion of them however this is not the case with Lighthouse. I cannot fault the service and support I received from Gerard. His communication is excellent; he was always on hand for any queries I had and made contact after every step of the recruitment process. I don't think I would be in my new role if it wasn't for Lighthouse!

I don't have a lot of love for recruitment agencies and try to avoid them. But the service that Lighthouse provided was next level! From start to finish, Gerard helped every step of the way. They offered advice and support for each of the interviews and put my nerves at ease when I had to do an assessment. Gerard also messaged me when I started my new job to see how I got on. I honestly don't think I would've gotten the job with out their help! Highly recommend!
