I went to LKA after being made redundant at the beginning of COVID. They found me full time work the very next day, and I’ve been with them ever since, almost a year now.
They have been very professional and efficient, and seem to have a good relationship with the company I am working with.
There was only one issue, an error in my hours calculation. This was corrected immediately with no drama.
I would recommend LKA without reservation.

What a great recruitment company. With the current situation in the country it meant I was unable to continue working in my chosen career, after some looking I came into contact with LKA who were simply amazing. Within 2 days of first speaking with Amanda in the office, who by the way is great! Found me a job as FLT driver. Appeared to be great. Then I found out that I am self employed and I had to register with shady umbrella company to get paid. This atrocious 3rd party charged extortionate fees and employers NI on top of employees NI. Concluding, you will not be employed by them, you will not get paid by them and you will end up giving away big chunk of your money to the 3rd party umbrella accountants... Worst experience ever...

Amanda and Team absolutely go above and beyond to help manage not only the staff but the customers and clients too. LKA is the ONLY choice of agency if you’re looking for regular work/regular staff, and are sick and tired of getting a poor slap dash service, look no further.
