Clifton Park Hotel

It's a shame that we cannot comment on our stay as we had planned to go next weekend for my partners 40th Birthday and was really looking forward to it as we had read the reviews and seen the pictures etc. Yesterday we were contacted and had our booking cancelled due to under occupancy. We were offered to change the date, but it wouldn't be the same celebrating 2 months after. We understand part of this as a business position, but as a customer focused decision this isn't good and has left us with nothing but disappointment. Shame really.

Wow this xmas stay was the most relaxing stay me and my husband needed. The hotel is amazing, very comfortable and really friendly. The hotel staff and Adam could not do enough for us. We would recommend this hotels for couples and we would return to this hotel

It is such a beautiful clean hotel. So well looked after with the best staff who go above and beyond for their guests. The rooms are so clean and spacious. They have a lovely pool which we used and really enjoyed on our stay here. The evening entertainment was great. The buffet breakfast was great with plenty to choose from. The hotel is also situation close to shops and restaurants and also close to the beach . I would recommend the hotel to anyone and I will define be visiting again soon

I went for the turkey and tinsel break with my mum and best friend. We had a fabulous time. The staff were amazing, special shout out to Adam, Leah, Will and Pam. Tom the pianist, amazing. Great breakfasts. New Year’s Eve meal also fab. Entertainment was top draw, Liam James was brilliant. Only one drawback, en suites are tiny and showers not great, go for a swim and use changing rooms, more space. Will definitely go again. Made my mum so happy.

We had a three night stay here 5th November onwards...( Turkey and Tinsel )it was wonderful...big thank you to John the Manager...the food was excellent especially the Christmas day night buffet..theres a pool we didn't use but a great facility... The evening entertainment was fab..especially Liam James and Danny on the Sunday Eve . Can not wait to go again... thanks again to ...John, Derek, Adam, Will, John, Jonathan, Danny, Chloe, Cordelia..and all house keeping safe... till we see you all again..Thank you! .

Just had a couple of nights here. Comfortable night sleep. Only criticism I have is it's advertised with having a lift, only it doesn't cover all rooms and sadly our room wasn't covered. I'm currently suffering from severe arthritis in both knees so to climb 3 sets of steep stairs wasn't very good. Also the room we were in was very hot at all times. Please don't advertise having a lift when it doesn't cover all rooms. I definitely would not have booked if I had known.

Had accident due to tear in bedroom carpet management very ununhelpful

Sadly the room wasn't cleaned or tended when we entered the room at check in time.
The shower in the room was very poor.
Some staff members were obviously not happy to be there.
However, breakfast was good and plenty of options available.
Location is close to some very nice restaurants and bars.

Lovely hotel. Positioned close to all local amenities. Very good food. Staff very friendly and efficient. Pool was great. It had a facility whereby you could increase the water flow which made you work harder when swimming against the current. The spar pool was also very good. There was a small gym with decent equipment. The room we had was in need of updating but it was spotlessly clean and was well equipped. I would recommend this hotel.

All the staff where amazing. Most helpfull and pleasant. Pool and jacuzzi is nice. The buffet breakfast was really nice. The room was very clean how ever was in need of updating. But I've still give 5 stars. We are going to book to stop there again . Love the place

Lovely place, first time here. I’m in 301 really nice room but needs deep clean as there hairs on the carpet and one lights is missing. My parents in 517. Nice again but shower doesn’t stay on it’s temperature so you have keep changing it. Wire is visible in the bathroom needs new floor. With both rooms need cleaning behind the bed. But still come here again.

We have been coming here while on holiday and have had 2 evening meals plus sitting outside with a drink in the afternoons.Staff lovely,Nothing to much trouble and can’t wait to come back and stay. Karen & Steven Cartlidge

6 of us went for afternoon lunch here on Sunday for my great aunties 90th birthday-unfortunately service wasn’t great drinks took about 15 minutes to come to the table then four out of six starters were served and took about 10 minutes for the other two to arrive , main meals although quality was good they weren’t very warm , desserts were nice. Overall very disappointing seeing as it was for a special birthday

Without a doubt the best hotel in St Annes ❤ World class service with World class staff! So many amazing memories here that will stay with me forever ♥ Thank you to Derek and his amazing team!

Called in and had a nice light lunch with friends. very enjoyable... totally recommended. Staff very pleasant
