Joyce and her team were AMAZING from start to finish. Before we put our house on the market we were worried about the house viewings, getting everything sorted while we had 2 kids, 3 dogs and a bussines we run from home, but we had no hassle or stress at all. The Lawrie team were frankly all wonderful from the first touch to the last. Polite, helpful, friendly and efficient at every contact despite our best efforts to make their lives difficult throughout the process. So glad we chose them to handle the sale. Great service from start to finish. With all the challenges that come with a rural development our property sale was anything but simple. Joyce and her team were attentive when required but also knew when to give us space to make decisions. The knowledge of the market in our area was invaluable in helping us take the step to marketing the property. We wrote a short guide/history for the house to help. Once armed with the correct information I think we would struggle to find anyone to do a better job of selling out house.

We had excellent service from everyone at Lawries. Nothing was too much trouble, and the team were like swans: gliding along on the surface while all the hard work was happening unseen! We had the stresses of bereavement, selling one property, buying another. On the day when it all came together, we were handed the keys plus a lovely surprise of fizz and chocolate! Well done all.
