Tried to buy with them a few years ago with the lift scheme. Mortgage advisor was good and set me up with a 2 year mortgage. My first offer for a flat was accepted and everything was going smoothly. I then got a phone call the day before I was meant to move that there was something wrong with the property and needs to be delayed by a week or so. I was using NEXT Law, their recommended firm. After asking my landlord for an extension on very short notice (at double price because my flatmate moved too) they got back to me a week later saying there was an issue. I found out the issue happened weeks

I have had a fantastic service from Next Home both times I have sold with them. From the valuation completed by Ashley Thomson, who was very knowledgeable and spot on in her valuation, to the excellent schedule they compiled, through to the viewings completed by Zara Rollinson, I have experienced great customer service. My house sold within one week for full asking price and probably could have gone for more but I was keen to proceed with buying another property. Both Ashley and Zara were very responsive and helpful. I was able to seek advice from Ashley about my purchase, which was not through
