Saved the day! Was let down by a bigger online delivery company. The next morning phoned Rosanna's to see if there was anyway they could deliver same day before 4 to still make my wife's day on her birthday. They were great and flowers were at my wife's work by lunchtime. Great to see a business who put the customer first and flowers were great btw.

I needed a same delivery and found a lovely hat box of flowers on rosannas website at a very reasonable price. Rosanna staff called after I placed the order to let me know that the colour I chose wasn't available. They then sent the most amazing colourful hand tied bouquet that was so beautiful and sunny. It was outstanding for service, delivery and flowers

Exceptional. We order 2 Lilly displays from Rosanna's for display at the church for my mother's funeral. The displays where everything and so much more than we expected. Everyone commented on how incredible the displays were. For £110 each they really did blow us away. Great service also. Thankyou so much

I was going to enter this shop with hopes of making an extremely large purchase but as I approached the door I realised my shoe lace was undone. I stopped to tie my lace and a woman in a floral dress who had keys to the shop looked at me with such disgust as if I were some dead animal on the side of the road. I went to a different floral shop with my £500+ order. Train your employees to do better. That’s all I have to say.
