When purchasing a new home, most people want to know that the property they are buying is in reasonable condition for its age, and that the price they are paying is fair. At Woodford & Co we can offer various levels of property survey and also give valuation advice. Any survey will be carried out by a qualified RICS Surveyor and Registered Valuer.

The whole team was superb both during purchase but impressively also after the exchange. It is the latter which in our view has separated Woodford from other agents we’ve used in the past. The Woodford team are locals, who know the area inside out. This is invaluable to home buyers new to the area looking to integrate into their new community. Their openness and honesty come from their true experience of the industry and of the area.we had three Oundle agents out to advise us.
