Datchet Golf Club

Golf Societies are very welcome to Datchet offering groups many different options to make your Golf Day very Special. Various Packages can include Bacon Roll, Tea/Coffee on arrival, Lunch and a Three Course Dinner in the Evening. You can play 18, 27 or 36 holes for your day and pick or choose a package to suit your group of Golfers.

It can be intimidating when you arrive at a different Golf Club for the first time. There are so many rules of play and etiquette, it can be embarrassing if you are unaware of them.

We don't want to put you off coming to Datchet Golf Club, rather the reverse, so we would like to make you aware of our local course rules, course etiquette and dress code, so you will feel more comfortable and confident to come and enjoy our lovely course again and again or maybe even join.In the interest of all, players should play without delay.

Datchet Golf Course is in a beautiful setting running alongside The River Thames with Windsor Castle overlooking the Course.

The 9 Hole Course with fifteen tees make many of the holes play very differently on the back nine, The large tree-lined course is relatively flat which makes it easy walking for all golfers, the undulating shaped greens and large tree lined fairways with strategically placed bunkers makes the Course a good challenge for all levels of golfers.

HOLE 1 - Although the first hole and its yardage looks straightforward enough there are plenty of dangers with out of bounds all the way along the right side and a large oak tree on the left to block your second shot. Ideally hit an iron from this tee to leave yourself a mid to short iron into the green which sits below the surface of the fairway.

Our Clubhouse is a warm and friendly location suitable for the usual post round golf banter a great family get together or a more formal dining occasion or celebration. A well-stocked bar, helpful and friendly staff and great catering can combine to create a great party venue.
