After two terms of catering schoolo in italy and a couple of years roaming and working around Europe, I came to London in 1965, and what a year it was. There I met my wife to be. Not long after she suggested that her hometown Redcar would be a cheaper place to live than in London. She was right, there wasn't much to spend your money on.

New Years Day - Delivery driver decided to tip himself an extra $5. He told me my total was $40, and the total was actually $35. ME, not knowing the actual total, gave him $45. I looked at my receipt and my total was $35, so he scammed me out $10 by tipping himself, and taking the extra $5 I gave him for tip. I asked him for my $5 back after that. Don’t try to AUTO tip yourself. Tell me the price printed on my receipt. Won’t be ordering from these knuckleheads again.

Someone used my Doordash account at this restaurant. I will get to the bottom of this!!!!
I just spoke to the owner Ronnie that denied the money was spent there. Doordash assured me they paid this restaurant $127.00.
I truly believe they are running a scam from from this restaurant. Please check your Doordash accounts..

I ordered through Ubereats. They took mad long to deliver the food. I called and they kept on saying it would be there in 10 minutes. I waited for almost 2 hours when the place is literally 8 minutes away. And when I called them the guy who was speaking in the phone had no manners. Not ordering from this place again.

I’m disappointed with Santoros since I order from them a lot. I ordered through DoorDash and had a missing item. They tried to cover it by printing a receipt with my order without the missing item, in fact It clearly showed I had ordered it on the DoorDash receipt. So I payed for it for nothing. That was such a low ball move I don’t think I can order from them again.

To be honest, I get delivery from here at least once a week. They have great food and reasonable prices. So far they've only made 2 mistakes and they were both for forgetting the second bottle of soda. Both times they were apologetic and returned later with the soda.
Update: 1/7/18, I ordered the same basic thing as always. Last time, the dinner was leaking into the bag, this time it was smashed. The bag was wet enough to have a hole. Steak tips were good, but the fries were soggy and uncooked. Unacceptable!
