What Can I say but 5 stars for this wonderful company.
I have never used Eternal Collection before and saw just what I wanted for our Pearl Wedding Anniversary but unfortunately left it too late for delivery on time......not for Eternal!!!
They arranged immediate postage with next day guaranteed delivery before 1.00 pm (which I had not paid for and which they covered the cost of) to make sure that the present arrived on time.
We were even given a lovely note saying who had actually packed the order.
The necklace and earrings are absolutely beautiful and my wife is delighted.

I'm always so pleased with all my orders from Eternal!
I tend to buy for my Mum and Aunt - the Eternal website has loads to choose from! - especially clip on earrings for my Mum who never got round to getting hers ears pierced!
Delivery is always quick and the presentation is great, the pieces I have had were in pretty blue boxes which made them look extra special before I had even put my wrapping paper on them!!

Valentines day is always hard work, especially for not so romantic people like myself. I really wanted to surprise my wife with something that would last, and triggered a memory of the day her non romantic husband actually put some love and thought behind a gift. Well i found that gift at eternal collection, took me a while to find the right earrings, but with a little help from my daughter and the fast delivery from eternal collection, my wife was 'over the moon'. Just thought i would take the time to thank you for the great service.
