Very nice welcome from staff member on entering.I was visiting to get a value on some old and broken gold chains and rings. The gentleman weighed and gave me an amount. I was very happy with as gold value very high just now. Been here before and always given the going rate. Not like some other " Wee buy gold. Best rate establishments " Thank you :) :)

A real treasure trove! Beautiful pieces, expertly selected. Professional, knowledgeable service. The first place we look when we would like to buy jewellery or silverware. Purchased our engagement ring and wedding bands here and couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

I have nothing but praise for this business, every time I deal with them I find them helpful, knowledgeable, professional and they charge a fair price for their exquisite goods. I am happy to travel to Perth from my home in Southern Scotland to get what I want from Tim and Graham. Old school jewelers, the best in the UK.

I am not usually one for writing reviews but feel obligated to highlight the poor customer service I have recently endured at Timothy Hardie. I went in at the beginning of July to get a piece engraved and was told I should get it back within 2-3 weeks. 6 weeks and numerous calls later (from me) I finally got it back. I completely understand that delays happen but their lack of communication made me feel very anxious about the whereabouts of my piece. I found them arrogantly unapologetic as they brushed off the situation. Needless to say I will not be going back.
