Services
Choose a lesson slot that you can keep to each week (keeping to a continuous structure will speed up the learning curve). I recommend 2 hour sessions (as this is so much more beneficial for learning and understanding to take place than a 1 hour lesson). Ask me your driving instructor lots of questions (I love helping you out to find the answers).
Learning to drive is an exciting prospect to most but it can also seem to be a mountainous and daunting task to some when the nerves and fearful thoughts of having driving lessons set in. It is all the more reason that choosing the right driving instructor who is fully qualified and approved is an important first step.
Please inform me if you or anyone in your household works for the NHS, Care Home or Food processing factory. It is important that you answer these questions honestly as you do not want to put me or any of my other pupils at risk. This will also avoid the lesson being cancelled halfway through if I decide you are not well enough, which may have financial implications to you.
Enter the driver number and postcode shown on your licence plus your National Insurance number. Share this check code and the last eight characters of your driving licence number with your ADI so they can view your driving record online. There is an assisted digital telephone service which is charged at local rate (0300 083 0013), drivers unable to use the View Driving Licence service can call to receive a check code.
I have found through experience that some people who say out ALOUD what they should be doing during their driving lessons remember it easier. For example moving off from the side of the road. If learner drivers say this out loud while practicing in the car they seam to remember it easier. The research was carried out by Montreal University.

I passed my test this morning at the first time in Bletchly.
I am honestly grateful that I found Mike as my driving instructor. He would do the best for me. I could not find anyone else who is better than him in the area. He made me to drive confidently and independently that what I feel now.
Thank you very much Mike for helping me and I hope everyone else after me would feel the same as I feel now.

I passed my driving test at the Bletchley Driving Test Centre this morning! I passed my test first time - huge relief! I now have a UK driving licence.
I needed to urgently take my UK driving test as I had been driving in Milton Keynes on my foreign licence, and it was at the end of the grace period. Mike was very accommodating and squeezed me into his schedule and advised how I could arrange the practical test at the earliest opportunity. Mike is a very patient and practical driving instructor, he gave me a thorough review and frank assessment of my driving ability, fixed my bad habits, and provided

I had refresher lessons with Mike. I had driving anxiety and avoided it for many years. He's very patient, professional and knowledgeable. He helped me a lot in regaining the confidence and taught me to be a safe driver. He discussed every mistake I made, explaining it clearly and patiently. I couldn't be more grateful for Mike's help. It was only because of Mike that I was able to pass my test, it was a near to impossible task for me to learn to drive a car, but just because of Mike's patience and hard work(more his than mine) that I finally passed the exam. I can bet that I would have been his toughest student by far, with tendency to forget basic things all the time, not turning up for lessons on time, but he still managed to make a driver out of me

It was a long slog, as I was not the quickest of learners. However, Mike was brilliant at teaching me the basics, as well as teaching me how to be a safe driver. With all of the roundabouts and the difficult streets that you have to navigate in Milton Keynes, Mike is the ideal person to make sure that you can learn the correct way, so that you can drive safely in the future beyond just the test. He is very knowledgeable, and will iron out any wrinkles that you may have so that you are both test, and road, ready.

Driving lessons with Mike were very informative and productive. I have heard from many of my friends that driving instructors like to waste your time but I don't think Mike wasted any of my time in teaching me how to drive. He is a great, humorous, easy-going person and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good driving instructor. I passed my driving test first time thanks to him. Thanks a lot Mike for everything.

From the first session, It was evident that Mike was very knowledgeable about the process of learning to drive and was able to break down each element so they were easy to understand. By the time it came to the test, I felt confident of passing due to the skills I had been taught.
