I offer help using a combination of Hypnosis and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you understand your issue and learn how to address it.

CBH is a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Hypnotherapy. CBT is an evidence-based method that the National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE) has approved. Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation that you allow yourself to go into. But it's something that everyone has experienced before, either when daydreaming, or when extremely focused on an activity.

I visited Colin during the Fringe Festival as a means to calm my performance anxiety and our session made a world of difference. He gave me some techniques to use which really helped and I've used them many times since. I'm enjoying performing once again, I highly recommend!
