After completing his university education in Dundee, Roland joined the firm as a trainee in 1977, qualified as a chartered accountant in 1981 and became a partner in the firm in 1987. He has nearly 40 years' experience of advising the many varied clients of the firm guiding them through the ups and downs of their personal and business lives.
