Hall Davis was established in 2007. Our ethos has always been to understand our clients' needs and interpret these into a clear design brief that is agreed before commencing any design or advisory services. This approach has resulted in many successful projects and satisfied clients, leading to the continued growth of the company.
Single storey basements to multi-level subterranean structures involving staged construction, complex temporary works and ground movement analysis. We have extensive experience in the design of basements, with over 100 projects in our portfolio. Our involvement is usually from the early stages of the project where we carry out feasibility design to determine the options available for the client and associated costs.
Domestic projects, high end residential refurbishments through to new build private dwellings, housing developments and high-rise buildings. We work with homeowners, private clients, architects, developers and contractors. These range from designs for multi-storey residential buildings to working with architects on new private dwellings and high-end refurbishments.
Engineering design solutions for community & leisure projects for both refurbishment and new build projects. We have been involved in community related schemes such as schools, nurseries, sports halls and religious buildings which include both new build and refurbishment. We are really enjoying working with Hall Davis on what is a large, complicated, concrete frame building.
