Excellent service from Jerry, twice had my laptop fixed efficiently to a great standard.

After accidently turning my computer off at the wall when it was shutting down I was stuck in a never ending auto repair loop. I tried all the recovery steps but it got even worse and I thought I had lost everything.
Using google, I found Dr Jerry's website on Monday and chatted to him on his website chat service about my problem. He instantly knew what the issue was and he said he could fix it and how much it would cost. I also mentioned I had a new SSD drive to which he said he could also install for me for no extra cost.

Extremely unprofessional. He kept my old parts from pc and didn't return. Didn't respond to my messages. His Microsoft is faulty and he charges £95! for it. Just can't believe this man is still in business. I used him because of his reviews on his website which I am now realising must be family friends and are biased. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND!

Dr.Jerry assisted my company Imperial Yard Ltd with our computer issues. Jerry was very responsive coming out in under a few hours and immediately set to work in getting our computer back up and running. He was very professional throughout and kept in contact with us in the following days. He came back and did some extra work when we were struggling and now everything works correctly. Responsive, and happy to accommodate requests (I asked for price before completing repairs). Speedy as well as it was fixed the next day! Would defo go again if I had another computer issue

Review Response - I informed the lady I was leaving shortly (12pm) for another job and she turned up one hour later complaining I was not available. I had previously inform I would be available after 3 hours, I offered to collect at no extra charge instead but she did not reply. Very disappointing attitude when I made every effort to accommodate her wishes. Very disappointing and unprofessional attitude.

I gave my 2 TB hard drive up to be fix and there was no way of recovering the data on there. I unfortunately fell sick with Covid and could not do anything let alone walk anywhere. I was meant to pick up my hard drive but had no way or anyone to pick it up for me when bed ridden.

I received no call or text notification that my hard drive would be thrown in the bin. Dr.Jerry has my number. I called 2 months later, today when I have finally recovered only to be told that my hard drive was already binned. I repeat go somewhere else for any technically problems with your computer, hard drive anywhere else. It is actually appalling and a disgrace that Dr.Jerry himself would not notify his client of this. I quote from Dr. Jerry himself "It doesn't matter what you say on the phone, the hard drive has been binned now!"

I have no hard drive to return to Amazon. Even they understood the circumstances I had to face.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Other engineers I have been to in the past are actually professional. I was not informed about that my own hard drive would be thrown in the bin after 60 days.

Used Dr Jerry`s services several times in recent years. His service is prompt and totally reliable. Charges are very reasonable for the work carried out. Dr Jerry is happy to give any advice requested He will either come to your house or you can take the item to his workshop. I can totally recommend his service.

Dr Jerry is the best I know when it comes to resolving problems on your laptop. I desperately needed to upgrade my MacBook Pro 2012 operating system. As well as memory and hard drive. Although I did not anticipate collecting my laptop in approximately 24 hours, it was ready to collect in a few hours. Laptop feels like new and I am now able to add all the latest software I am use to. Top bloke Dr Jerry you now have a loyal customer.
